Brief Description
For this assignment, I wrote a paper comparing and contrasting two current teachers. I facilitated the interview within the school and asked predetermined questions.
Rationale
To document my understanding of Standard #9, I included my teacher interview. This assignment shows my ability to engage in ongoing professional learning experiences . The teachers I interviewed where life learners and shared things that i could do in order to walk in the lines of a becoming educator. I collaborated with them in order to make conclusions about their teaching styles as well as analyzed which I felt matched mine the most.

Brief Description:
This assignment required me to look back on skills and knowledge that I accumulated through out the course. There were three entries total one at the beginning another middle and end. The object of the assignment was to grow as a student in ability to comprehend exceptional learners and their needs.
Rationale:
Standard #9 is represented with course reflections. These reflections required me to contentiously evaluate myself and adapt accordingly. Participating in these behaviors encourages life long leaning and improvement. The assignment also insisted that connections be made to the text as well as outside sources.
